The traditional Usui method is such that Level III is the teaching level – my teachers taught their Master students based on an apprenticeship program over the course of 10-12 months. I experienced and believe in the benefit of this apprenticeship program.
I individualize the program for the student based on their experience in all facets of their Reiki background. All Master students would be required to have taken Level I & II through my teaching in order to acquire the full understanding of the apprenticeship.
