CCMBAA/CCSMC in abbreviated form stands for Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment and Activation and Complete Cellular Soul Memory Clearing. The technique works with the Higher Self on the individual's issues no matter what they are. The Energy targets the problem wherever it exists and works on all levels - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, just as Reiki also does.

Some will release deep-seated emotional and physical trauma; others' bones will realign who have chronic back/neck pain a/o scoliosis, which could disappear; still others will release toxins and poisons from their system, others will have a Divine spiritual awakening, others are energized, some will let go of non-desirable habits, some increase healing abilities, and still others will gain a totally new outlook on life.

For a CCMBAA/CCSMC treatment, the person wears comfortable slacks or sweat pants and is sitting on a low, small stool, having eaten lightly if the treatment is booked after a meal. The technique, which requires both the practitioner’s and recipient’s intent for the healing energies to flow and healing to begin, has proven itself for over 35 years since Dr. Sharon Forrest shared it with the world. The recipient allows for the thought-processing mind to get out of the way and just go with whatever happens (feelings, movement, speaking, etc.) to occur without any expectations. The practitioner and the recipient both go into the Theta level brain wave or what is called the ‘deep meditative state’. The recipient will end up experiencing the Law of Grace, which takes precedence over the Law of Karma over the course of the 90 minute treatment or 45 minutes if done in a group setting. Sometime during the treatment, the recipient may find it difficult to continue sitting on the stool and need to lie down from that point onward although the practitioner’s hands continue to be in connection with their client’s head as they were from the beginning of the treatment. There is a closing procedure which takes place which takes several minutes at the end and takes approximately 2 weeks to process before locking in permanently, which is why the recommendation is that a person should not receive a CCMBAA/CCSMC treatment any more frequently than 2 weeks apart.
